I couldn't give a dam about something being proven biblically. Means nothing.

Things are not proven by U. S. Law. There is bad U. S. Law and good. And the courts don't prove anything. They just decide what it will be according to U. S. Law and the Constitution. Neither means schitte when it comes to determining whether an embryo is a child or not.

Only Science matters. Follow the Science. There is not one distinct point you can point out where an embryo changes to a child. They are one and the same in different levels of development. Just as the child goes through different levels of development like puberty, as the child evolves into an adult. We aren't like caterpillars turning into butterflies or a maggot to a fly. We are just one thing at various stages of development until we die.

As for the guns. One of the reasons we have the 2nd amendment is to give us protection from those that would disarm us. They can be and usually are our worst enemies. The arseholes of the Left and any other form of Government. The 2nd is their to protect us from them. Not to distinguish between what we hunt with and what we kill with.
