Big, big mistake. The fighting in the Ukraine is in the best interests of the United States. My apologies to the Ukrainians, but this war is the best thing that has happened to the US in many years. Without sacrificing American lives the Russian military has been exposed as being weak, poorly led, poorly organized, poorly supplied and with low morale. This conflict has made the Russian people unhappy with Putin and unhappy with the military. Every day of fighting further degrades the already no-good Russian military. Now, if only China would invade India!!

What you say has some validity, but at what cost. The government in Kiev seems to be just as authoritarian as the government in Moscow. We are giving billions with no oversight. We are supporting half their government payroll and expenditures while small business's here can't get loans because of tightening credit while we give money to their small business administration. Someone tell me; What is the end game? why are we footing most of the bill when Ukraine's neighbors don't seem to care?

My understanding as to why Russia attacked Ukraine is because Biden and whatzhisname which I can't spell or pronounce decided that Ukraine should join NATO

I heard this morning that Ukraine is running short of military age men. I don't remember hearing about their casualties only Russian.
