Part of it has to do with the fact that Biden and the Democrats are currently so ineffectual and abysmal. I can only think of one single thing they are good on, and that's protecting Social Security and Medicare from the financial vultures who have been drooling to privatize these funds for decades. Aside from that they are awful, which is why to some people Trump looks good in comparison. You have to be pretty bad to make Trump look good.

Neither of them have done a damn thing to change this country for the better. Yes the prolems were already there, but all these last two administrations have done is allow them to be exacerbated.

FYI, Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) was originally a made up condition, conceived as a derisive label by the alt-right to attack anyone who criticizes or refuses to support Donald Trump. The idea being that others are so obsessed with Trump that many have collectively lost their minds. Unfortunately, like many of their other little online crusades, this has backfired. People dislike Trump for actual reasons which often go well beyond just politics or partisanship, and if anyone has 'TDS', it's often those that blindly support him. Too many have lost their sense of morality, religious convictions, principles, objectivity, all discernment, and sometimes even the ability to have a civil discussion. Just like Obama Derangement Syndrome before that, now Biden-Derangement Syndrome- you'd think by now it would be clear to people that none of the last several presidents ever had or have any intention of doing things that support or unite the ordinary working people of the country, which is most of us. Quite the contrary. They feed off of the divisions, differences, disagreements, as that's what helps them maintain control on behalf of their biggest donors. It's just one group of rich a**holes jockeying for power against another group of rich a**holes, all of whom are scheming only to protect their own, at the cost of everyone else. We'd all be better off boycotting the whole damn thing.
