Products that depend overmuch on huge lithium mining not among them. Rather than a mad rush to "renewables," we should be concentrating on developing alternatives to lithium. There are a number available, that are not yet as efficient. On site solar for residential applications in many parts of the country can be used for partial independence from the grid, as can wind turbines. Solar doesn't kill many birds, unlike wind.
The US currently uses about 11% of the world's coal, yet we produce slightly less than 5% of the coal caused pollution. Wanna take a guess who produces most of the other 95%? It's our wonderful president Biden's good buddies the Chinese. Well, them, the Indians and the Turks. Democrats would have us uncouple from fossil fuels with nothing waiting to replace them. I truly wish some of these back to nature types would have to live in a world without fossil fuels. You could hear their howls of outrage on Neptune when they had to do without cellphones and computers and all the other outlets for their ignorant virtue signaling. Reminds me of the protest against oil in Seattle when all the greenies paddled their FIBERGLASS KAYAKS around the harbor protesting fossil fuels. Think any of these morons stopped to wonder what that fiberglass is a byproduct of? They could always use wooden ones, except the marine glue used to keep them from falling apart and leaking is also a fossil fuel byproduct.

I'm not talking about the weather so much as our eco-system, our air, our water, etc. I'm not qualified to say how much human activity effects the weather, but I do know how it effects our ecology. Maybe that doesn't fall under the umbrella of "climate change", which is vague to begin with, but it's definitely to do with our environment. No habitat=no life. So why would anyone not care about that?

Used to know a Jewish couple. The wife was a militant vegetarian, and the husband and son used to sneak out for burgers like a couple of drunks sneaking a drink. Other than her crusade against carnivores I suppose she was okay. The guy was a very good mechanic.
Dated a Jewish girl briefly. I will say that calling her Orthodox would not be stretching the truth, it would tie reality in a bow knot. In spite of that, she caught some flack for dating a Goyim. Comparing a New York Jew to an Israeli sabra is like comparing beings from different planets.
