Not sure but he may be referring to Tulsi Gabbard who switched from being a Democrat Senator from Hawaii and switched to Independant

Hope you don’t take this wrong but when to vehemently state things that haven’t been adjudicated yet with the verbiage you choose to express your thoughts it meets the definition of hate - fate is the course of something or someone’s life beyond their control - such as a medical issue
