I have not been on this forum as long as many of you. However I know who is serious and who is not. Many of us would seem are close to the breaking point. I would like to ask a favor.

Could you post 5 things you would do to fix this country. Please do not list Impeach Obama we agree on that.

2. Put individual tax rates back to where they were under Eisenhower; and lower corporate tax rates, but eliminate deductions
3. Limit the money an individual can donate to political campaigns during any year, and do not allow corporate or union donations
4. Do a serious overhaul of welfare

I think that almost everyone can agree on some of these:

1. Close the border and restrict all immigration for 5 years

2. Re-write the tax code, with more direct in-put from the tax-payer. Limit all foriegn aid and reduce the number of foriegn military bases. Reduce the corporate tax rates for companies that protect American jobs.

3. Add a national sales/transaction tax to pay-down the interest on the National debt.

4. Restrict the power of lobbyists and special interest groups

5. Build the Keystone pipeline, but limit domestic oil and gasoline exports. Keep all resources off the international market and keep domestic energy costs low.

I demand that our elected officials demonstrate the oath they swore to protect and defend The Constitution of The United States of America. I demand our elected officials to concentrate their efforts on the success of my country rather than satisfying their personal and political gains as parasites of the taxpayers.

I actually disagree with impeachment of Obama. It won't do any good and will only excite the democratic base.
1. Get rid of the Income Tax and make a Federal Sales tax with exemptions for essential items such as food and the like, housing, utilities etc. Get rid of the IRS it won't be needed.
2. Term limits, no more than 2 terms at any level meaning if you serve 2 terms in the House, you're done. You can't serve any terms in the Senate at all. No more career politicians. 10 year appointment max for Supreme Court and you're done.
3. The House is the only one that can initiate Bills and all Bills must be voted on by the Senate. The Senate's only role is to vote on the bills brought by the House. A simple majority will pass or fail a bill. A simple majority of the House and Senate will override a veto by the Executive Branch. The Attorney General must be appointed only by the opposing party of the House. No presidential appointments other than his basic cabinet.
4. Remove the 17th Amendment and bring all power back to the State Governments.
5. Reduce the Federal Government by at least 1/2. All wars or conflicts must be approved by a majority of both Houses.
6. No pardons for wrongdoing by people in public elected office. Mandatory sentences of criminals found guilty of crimes by appointed judges that rotate with each and every charge brought against the official including the President and especially Harry Reid.
7. No special anything such as insider trading or taking of money or employment of any company that was voted on by a politician while in office.. It would be a mandatory criminal offense. to accept money or employment by a politician whos vote affects the company.

2. Abolish Obamacare, then allow Dr's and all medical people, to deduct 33 cents off their school loans for every dollar they donate to indigent, VA, or poor people. More Dr's, free healthcare (sort of)
3. Shovel ready work: Build a 20 ft water pipe across the Canadian border, piping water via nuke power from where ever it is flooding to the continental divide and redistributing it,,,, the program, would be like the military where your work, banked yourself a retainer pay, gi-bill benes etc...
4. Make politicians personally liable for the damage their laws cause
5. Make welfare a timed affair, you have to work, to reload your benefit, make it where it isn't a trap, you get daycare, and food, support, and schooling, but if you fail, quit, or don't make it on time, tough, it ends. No rights no benefits for non citizens, none.

1) Ban lobbyists of every stripe in our political system.
2) Change the inside the beltway culture; Every member of the House and Senate is paid by the state that they represent. No more federal benefits/ payroll/ retirement for members of Congress. This keeps Congress in check and makes them accountable to the voters that sent them to Washington.
3) Stop all immigration for 5 years. Deport all illegals in our country. Revamp the immigration system to allow only skilled and educated workers, entrepreneurs that want to establish a business, investors. Farm workers can enter on a temporary visa: Their employer will furnish housing, medical care, transportation. These workers will be chipped for identification purposes and chip removed when returning to their country of origin. Overstaying visas is grounds for permanent expulsion.
4) The US Attorney General is one of the most influential people in Washington. Change the system where this position is answerable to the people and not the Administration. The US House should appoint this position and the US Senate should ratify the appointment. This position would have the influence to keep the Administration in check.
5) Create a 15 mile border band along our Southern and Northern border. Place the US Border Area under control of the US Military, to include all current Border Control agents. Local Sheriff's will be incorporated in controlling this border area. Remove the military chain of command controlling the borders from under the CIC and they will now answer to congress. Homeland Security will answer to the US Attorney General.
6) The 70+ federal agencies make policy decisions that add 1+ Trillion Dollars in expense to our economy every year. These policy decisions are made by unelected bureaucrats. Change the system. Every new policy must undergo a two step vetting process: 1) for Constitutional compliance, and 2) for total cost to implement and enforce.
The US Supreme Court will have a new division that vets these policies for Constitutional compliance. The OMB must generate a study outlining the cost to implement and enforce the new policy. If the total expense for a single policy decision exceeds $5 million annually, the US House must approve per a vote.
7. US citizenship is a privilege. Our country is being overrun with individuals that impose a threat to the rule of law. Upon court conviction, use the ultimate punishment, that of having US citizenship revoked and banishment from any US Conus land or territory. This sentence would be reserved for career criminals, persons committing treason, domestic terrorists, drug smugglers, etc. Paying for long term incarceration is futile and expensive.
8. Freeze the assets of the US Federal Reserve, then complete a forensic audit of the 12 Regional Banks. The Federal Reserve has absconded with over $70 Trillion of US Taxpayers $$$$, since 1917. If irregularities are found during the audit, fine the Fed Reserve by the amount of the irregularity. Overturn the Federal Reserve Act of 1917 and return the coining of money back to the US Treasury. Back our currency with Gold, Silver, and/or other precious metals. This is the reason the John Kennedy was assassinated.......he wanted to replace the Federal Reserve and return the coining of US money back to the US Treasury. It is now time, before the Fed crashes the dollar.
