The entire fake lying news, AKA The DNC State Controlled Marxist Media, supported Hillary's paid for Steel Dossier and the Russia collusion lie. Some of you birds continue to believe Trump is actually a Russian asset. That scam involved crooked FBI agents and led to the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who took two years to conclude there was no evidence to back the charge. Yet the probe had enormous impact, with the drumbeat of anonymous leaks hampering the Trump agenda and helping Democrats take the House in 2018. 

The lie the feds cleared Lafayette Park of protesters so that-President Donald Trump could hold a photo op holding a Bible upside down. Your Media mob made a huge issue out of Trump holding a Bible upside down presuming they thought the words would fall out. The Interior Department’s inspector general says police planned to clear the park so a contractor could install a fence, a decision unrelated to Trump’s walk to a nearby historic church burned in a riot. 

Remember the “Muslim ban lie that wasn’t? Or  the mantra that the 2017 tax cuts were only for the “rich” despite studies showing 80 percent of the population benefitted? 

How about the “kids in cages” firestorm, complete with gripping photographs of migrant children in metal containers? It vanished when it was revealed the Obama-Biden administration built the cages and the heart-wrenching photos were from 2014.

The Ukraine Impeachment lie, a creative fiction based on a complaint from an anonymous member of the swamp who never testified. But others did to say the president, in trying to get information on Biden family corruption in Ukraine, was guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. What Trump actually did was threaten the scam Joe Biden and son Hunter created that involved selling the suggestion that Joe’s influence could be had by hiring Hunter.

The lie that remains active, so the truth has not fully emerged is the subject of ballot integrity, which the left demonizes as improper voter suppression. Joe Biden made the astonishing claim that demands for photo identifications are the new Jim Crow. That's a lie. Naturally, his claim was magnified by the media, with CNN creating a logo declaring “Voting Rights Under Attack.” Even the normally sober Pew Trusts said, “Republican Wave of Voting Restrictions Swells.” 

The above examples are mere samplings of the barbaric attacks against Trump by the same mob that stole your ability to objectively reason.







 

What I stated weren't viewpoints. Viewpoints are opinions. I gave you examples based on evidence. trump's legal record is public record. Some other evidence came out of trumps mouth. These are facts, not opinion. So tell me, what is your opinion have to do with trump being found liable for fraud, sexual assault, and defamation. I'm curious, because those are indisputable facts. That goes for the repugnant things he's said, on camera.

There is a current case taking place in NYC currently where the democrat Judge and stupid DA had accused Trump of overvaluation of his estate. The case was already decided by the democrat judge to make Trump guilty before the trial had started. The trial had no jury leaving it to the judge to make the decision convicting Trump. The trial was so political to destroy the image of Trump in his presidential run for 2024. Election interference!

The case had no victim, and the proceedings and alibis did not provide justifications.

The trial was the prior vengeance and commitment of Leticia James to destroy Trump. And her ignorance and abuses did not warrant any justice in the Court of Law.

Here are more problems.
1. The judge was a democrat whose hatred has vowed to totally get rid of Trump and prevent him from getting reelected to the Office of the President.

2. The judge had violated his professional ethics in the conduct and delivery of his profession.

3. The Judge must not side with any political party, but must render justice according to the court of law. You know that Lady Justice is blind.

4. The case has no victim, no one was hurt, but all parties in the transactions were the winner.

5. The valuation of the property was proper, and all Realtors will support that.
6. Trump had been in real estate business for 50 years, and his experience far exceeds those of James, and the Judge.

7. The high valuation of Trump's property presented met the market values on the NYC location, during the time of the transaction.

8. The bank was given its option to present their own valuation, but the bank accepted what Trump had offered.

9. The transactions were both with merits and in good faith.

10. Trump had fully met his commitment concerning the agreement with the bank. He paid the mortgage on a timely basis until the loan was fully paid.

11. Higher valuation of real estate benefitted the city and county, because it provided higher basis for taxation. The higher the valuation, the higher taxes the City and County could collect. Why will Leticia complain about that? She is an extortionist, and a thief for penalizing Trump of $250 million.

11. There was no victim, and both parties, Bank and Trump were the winners on this loan transaction.

Conclusion:
There was NO case to convict Trump. This case must be dismissed. these were all about political harassment to prevent Trump going back to be the president again. Majority of the people want Trump to be the president.

The Judge and Leticia James must be disbarred for violating their professional ethics in the conduct of their jobs. Judge convicted Trump even before the trial begun. No jury was presented. Judge must not engage in political discourse other than rendering justice according to the facts of the case.

Trump and his party must bring this matter to an appeal, until the SC finalizes its decision.
