At these so called breakfast buffets, you won't find a damned thing that's honest to goodness nutrition.

The eggs are artificial chemical goo, poured from a carton, and a chicken had nothing to do with producing it.

The meat is the most highly processed garbage ever put on a plate and you'd be better off eating cardboard.

That waffle mix is made from GMO flour and chemicals and is the worst kind of carbohydrate imaginable.

The cereal is also all GMO based product and the milk has the same molecular structure as Elmer's glue.

The pastries, muffins and bread products are the cheapest brands and are made from the lowest quality ingredients.

That orange juice and cranberry juice dispenser is crawling with bacteria and the juice itself is pure chemicals, sweetener and artificial flavors.

Even the fruit they serve is genetically modified.

When I come to get a cup of coffee in the morning, and see people piling that shit on their plates and gulping it down, it makes me shake my head in disbelief.
