Political extremes misidentified, 'right' versus 'left'
An all-powerful controlling central government is essential to both communism and Nazism.
Both were backed by strong police state tactics monitoring political opposition.
Both had limited civil liberties, they silenced dissent and the individual became subservient to the state.
Under the brutal reality of Hitler (Nazi) and Stalin (communist) both were oppressive dictators who were militaristic, and killed their own people out of racial hate or eliminating opposition.
Incidentally, Nazis stood for National Socialism which is to the left of center, not right of center.
Both suppressed religion.

The Liberal Left would like us to believe that the ultra-right is represented by Nazis.
But since the right believes in limited government, the libertarian philosophy would likely be considered to the right of Conservatives.
Nazis believed in the same massive authoritarian state, as did the communists.
Both represented the extreme left.
Other than how they originated, the total domination of government, the brutality, and the suppression of individual rights by Nazis and communists were nearly identical.
Don't buy into the Nazi far-right misidentification.
Look at how they actually functioned, point by point, and you'll see very little difference.
Two seeds of political extremism in the same pod of tyranny.

We often think of this as a closed chapter in a dark history. But unfortunately, evil has reproductive powers. I've heard the phrase "evil begets evil" and that certainly applies. Many people arrested for domestic violence, for instance are found to have themselves been victims of abusive parents. It seems there is a property to evil that transmits to the victim where it could develop into another instance of the same evil that they were once assaulted by.

I have often looked at the Zionists as being another example. They often cite the holocaust as justification for them to create a country for themselves in the Levant and certainly it was the holocaust that generated sympathy for their cause in the U.S. and around the world.

But then they set up yet another apartheid system, this time to marginalize the Palestinians. They took their land and their possessions, just like the Nazis did to the Jews and they routed them to Gaza to remain imprisoned in a small strip of land isolated from the rest of the world. Just like the Nazis did to the Jews.

They gave the Palestinians the "right" to govern themselves, but only within the confines of their imprisonment, just like the Nazis did for the Jews in their ghettos.

They also gave the Jewish settlers the right to harass and even kill Palestinians in occupied territories. Just like how the Nazis refused to discipline the German people for harassing or even killing Jews on the streets.

It really is incredible the parallels that show up when you start to think about it.

The only thing missing from Israel are the forms of eradication that the Nazis used, such as the ovens. Perhaps that would make the resurrection of Third Reich evil too obvious and unlike Germany, Israel actually depends on another country to defend its claim of "legitimacy" so they have to at least put on the act.

But, I think Netanyahu, the modern version of Hitler, is finding alternative methods of eradication. Such as pressure cooking the Palestinians in such horrible life-threatening conditions that they eventually snap and THEN using that as an excuse to "defend" themselves from "aggressive" Palestinians.

It's very clear to me and everyone else outside the U.S.-Israeli media bubble, that the IDF is not targeting Hamas but as much of the people as possible.

I don't know which is worse... being guided to the showers only to realize for a brief moment that you are being killed, or surviving night after night of waiting in the dark with your family to be killed as bombs shake the ground all around you and knowing thousands of soldiers who hate you will be coming next.

What Israel, the spawn of Nazi Germany, is doing right now in Gaza is making the holocaust look humane.
I didn't experience the holocaust myself, so I won... (show quote)

The powers that be are very good at orchestrating all these catastrophes to keep us, the 99% fighting amongst ourselves. Who provoked, who hit first, years in the making. We are being manipulated. Both sides have cause. Cause created by the powers that be.

You really are a jackass.

First of all, Nimrod, it was the United Nations that established the Jewish State of Israel. The UN sought to establish a two state solution, Israeli and Palestine, but never quite got around to it. At least 3 times Isreal offered the Palestinians their own land and were turned down because the Palestinians only wanted Jews driven into the sea and would settle for nothing less. Get your facts straight, Straightup. The Palestinian people are so low class, dependant and high strung emotionally that none of their Arab brethren want them in their own country and aren't willingly offering them even temporary sanctuary yet. How is Israel supposed to deal with Palestinians who have taught generations of their children the following:

https://whyevolutionistrue.com/2023/10/27/how-palestinian-kids-are-taught-to-hate-jews/

The Jews have not taught their people, especially their children, to hate Palestinians. Remember what Golda Mier said: "When peace comes we will perhaps in time be able to forgive the Arabs for killing our sons, but it will be harder for us to forgive them for having forced us to kill their sons. Peace will come when the Arabs will love their children more than they hate us." That time has not yet come. Shock and awe into submission is all that's left.

The U.S. State Department designated Hamas a terrorist group in 1997. The European Union and other Western countries also consider it a terrorist organization. Yet you and other ignorant Americans are protesting in favor of terrorist and against Israel. Over the decades Hamas has fired over tens thousand rockets indiscriminately into Israel and made many other deadly incursions. Israel responded appropriately. The Palestinians are so stupid they take a knife to a gun fight. This time Hamas went too far and it's finally time Israel decided to responded by bombing and killing Hamas & Palestinians into submission. Hopefully they'll disregard Biden's interfering rump scratching fingers.

The total Jewish population of Israel today exceeds by only one million the total number of Jews murdered by Hitler. The total number of Jews worldwide is estimated at 15.7 Million. What a small percentage of people to have so much undeserved hatred and misunderstanding generated towards them by people like yourself. I expect this small group of highly talented people have contributed more to humanity thru science, arts, music, medicine, literature, philosophy, etc, etc, etc, than anyone else. They've had their share of nuts too, I expect you have a fondness for one of them - Karl Marx. On the other hand, terrorism is the biggest contribution of Palestineans to human society. Those Palestinians who are shuttering and shaking in their shelters at night are the same that joyously jumped up and down upon learning Hamas' attacked Israel on Oct 7th and upon hearing of the attack to America on 911.

You can take your antisemitic attitude and shove it. You're misguided.

What a load of Racist BS! Comparing Netanyahu to Hitler is disgusting🤮 Palestine could not govern themselves and they allowed Hamas to take over so they get what they get! Israel has the right to protect themselves and what they experienced was worse than a holocaust.
It's sick demented people like you that's the world doesn't need because you are dangerous. Go live there

So excellently stated, padre! I don't understand how people cannot see that Hamas, in the name of "Palestine" did this to themselves?! They started it again, just like every time. Killing by surprise innocent people who were living their daily lives like everyone else on the planet...only to be butchered in their own homes! How can anyone view what these horrible people did on October 7 (and many other times!) as anything other than possessed demons under the direct control of Satan?

That these cowards are now shouting "victim" and trying to say THEY are the ones being attacked shows how deviously sly and snake-like they are....and anyone who supports their efforts to eradicate Jews off the face of the earth are worse - because jerks like straightUp are too cowardly to join the fight. Straightup likes to brag about how he was a CO in the Viet Nam war....I wonder how he would react if he was told that since he has the views he does, he must go over there and fight along with Hamas??!!

If I were a betting woman, I would bet he would run for the hills as fast as his cowardly legs could carry him....

I remember being in a bar in Casper, Wyoming in uniform, when a StraightUp type came up to me and ask me how I could ever serve in the Military. Vietnam was still waging. I got nose to nose with him and said "I serve because I'm not a chickenshit son-of-a- bitch like you." He quickly left and I've mellowed a bit since. Only my mind still battles. That was the only time I ever experienced a personal comment against the military like that and dang if it hasn't rekindled a fire in my belly again remembering.

That is what true patriotism is....a willingness to fight for your country, and your loved ones, with God as your guide! It is the unselfish bravery of good folks like yourself that have given Americans the feeling of safety from the hatred of our enemies. Thank you for having the courage to put yourself and your life on the line for the rest of us! The true grit it took for you to do what you did during that terrible war to maintain that feeling of safety for all of us "back home" is beyond admirable!! YOU did the right thing - for us and our country!!!
