Biden is a long term stutter. He has been doing it since he learned to speak. One can stutter more when one is tired. Biden was tired in the 60 minutes segment. One would be worried if he wasn't tired due to what has happened this week.

Biden has never been functional in a positive effort for this country. He has supported the Communist effort to destroy America for many years, my opinion. I believe that he became Obamas vice to insure that Obama was secure with no threat of impeachment. Harris is accomplishing the same feat for Biden. The world knows that neither of the two can lead themselves to the out house with knowledge of why they are there and what they must accomplish while they are are in that location. I could vent my frustrations more, but to do so would solve no existing issues .
