Isn't that what we are experiencing now? Even though Government is restrained by the First Amendment in restricting "Free Speech", they seek ways around that prohibition by conspiring with media corporations, who benefit from favorable government regulations on their companies. They do government bidding by censoring, deplatforming, shadow banning, etc. any dissenting voices!

I've heard some use the faulty arguent of you "can't shout "fire" in a theatre to cause a panic, as a limitation on free speech. My response to that you can say whatever you want, but still remain responsible for your actions. If you cause injury as a result of an intentional "fictitious Fire" warning, you should be held accountable for any resulting injuries.
