Wrong. NOTHING justifies what Hamas did over there. If they want war, fight soldier to soldier. All out murder of unarmed people is asking for wrathful actions.

The actions the Israeli government has taken over the years was obviously going to breed hatred and resentment...

And, it looks to me like you're making excuses for Hamas.

I guess we view it differently...
I don't see how displacing people, taking their lands and homes, condemning them to life as second class citizens (at best), and repeatedly committing human rights violations against them, is equitable to defending oneself against attack...
Hamas has no excuse for its crimes...
They sin against God and their own religion...
But that in no way excuses the crimes and sins of the Israelis...
