As he should be. This literally needs to go to the Supreme Court before any action is done because this is literally political period. He deserves a non political party to decide such a monumental d3cision especially because of the persecution the last 7 years, the lies spread about him are disgusting and the trampling of his constitutional rights are unfathomable.

Is it political because you don't like the outcome? Every time tRump gets in front of a camera he incriminates himself, blatantly admitting that he artificially inflated the size and value of his real estate. There are plenty of honest business people in the world who are destroyed by people like him, because it causes the cost of borrowing money to go up, which puts honest business owners out of business.
It would be interesting for this case to go to the supreme court, but alas, it won't happen, the state of New York is capable of determining who can have a business in their state. A decision in Trump's favor would only allow him to declare bankruptcy versus receivership.
