“Can a benefit to your family be a benefit to you?” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) asked Turley regarding Joe Biden and his family’s alleged influence peddling. “It is,” Turley replied. Turley said Democrats claim that it must be proven that Joe Biden accepted direct money in order for him to be implicated in Biden family wrongdoing. The legal scholar called that claim “fallacious.”

Payments do not need to be paid directly to a public official to be considered a bribe, legal experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
“There are cases in which payments made to family members can be treated as bribery of the principle if he is aware of it,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz told the DCNF in August.
Former federal prosecutor and FBI consultant Joseph Moreno told the DCNF that federal law makes it a crime “for a public official to directly or indirectly receive something of value in return for being influenced in the performance of any official act.”

There was a time when I’d publish my unanswered OPP questions. I had to stop because I couldn’t keep up with the mounting number of questions left unanswered by our left wing enemies. They don’t like most things in life but they really don’t like being challenged or being asked to think.

When I post I expect to be questioned and challenged on what I said. I am prepared to answer for what I post. Our little Liberal brothers and sisters and non binaries must have never been challenged in life because they rarely answer for what they throw at the wall.

For some time I’ve believed that left wing, and especially far left wing individuals, suffered something in their life that caused a lack of maturity. Most are spoiled and petulant.
