Absolutely. Isn't interfering with an official congressional proceeding an Insurrection according to the Jan. 6 committee investigation? However, on Jan. 6, people who walked through open doors have been convicted. No one in the history of Congress has ever mistaken a fire alarm lever for a switch to open a door. Hakeem Jeffries is an idiot as is Jamul Bowman and the other Democrats. These people have single-digit IQs.
