I don't know. Lately I am much more optimistic about the West and it's Asian allies. Even with Joe Biden at the helm, a lot of good things seem to be happening. That is a big change for me.

Why not use the money to pay down the national debt; resulting in a more stable economy, the people can work and get their own homes -instead of the government giving them a home.
