It is NOT CONSTITUTIONAL for the Democrats to keep him off the ballot, but it may end up at the Supreme Court. Trump was acquitted for inciting an insurrection on January 6th by the Senate in his second impeachment.

Read the 14th amendment...yes it is probable if the constitution means anything. He violated the clearly spelled out black and white language used.
What will happen? He won't be eligible to serve as president...end of discussion

He was NOT charged with insurrection, so 14th Amend does not apply in his case..
