What is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?
There is a new interpretation of the Constitution. I think this started when Kamala was recommended to be the VP of Biden. Here it is.
New Definition of a Natural Born.
Therefore, every person born within the United States, its territories or districts, whether the parents are citizens or aliens, is a natural born citizen in the sense of the Constitution and entitled to all the rights and privileges appertaining to that capacity.
That is the new interpretation of the Constitution, by a lawyer. It did not pass thru Congress. I think this is unconstitutional, bypassing the will of the people.
That is why Barack, Kamala, and Ramaswamy were allowed to be president or candidate to be president of the US.
The provision I've read about 18 years ago, required that at least one or two parents must be a US citizen when the child is born in the US or its US territories to be called a natural born citizen.
Now here is the new interpretation of the Constitution. Any child born in the US is a natural born whether parents are illegal aliens or not...
They did not amend the Constitution. They just redefined what a natural born citizen is. This was done when Kamala Harris was recommended to be the VP of Biden. I think this is unconstitutional. Removing the provisions of the Constitution by just interpretation of one person to obtain its interest. This is not a mandate of the people, It must pass thru Congress to amend this.
In that case any children of these 30 million illegals born in the US could now become president of the United States. I think this is wrong. Congress must have a mandate on this on behalf of the American people.
They removed the provision of one or two parents must be US citizens to be a natural born. One or two parents was required by the Founders. I think this is very important that Congress must legislate.

That was what I thought too. I read that requirement when Barack was running for the WH. And it did require at least US citizen parents born within the US or other outside US territories.
Now, they redefined the requirement of the Constitution, changing to: That to be natural born, a child is born in the US or outside US territories, to parents even if they are ELLIGAL ALIENS.
That is how Kamala "h" was appointed by Barack to be Biden's VP. Kamala's parents were on temporary student visas.
I think Obama redefined the "natural born citizen" birth right.
