That's the point. I personally don't think trump was the one that delayed. The republicans are trying to now so there MIGHT be a fair election. I have other reasons for the case to be thrown out and they were given by SCOTUS.As far as Trump isn't President, did he ever concede? Whereas the occupant never signed his Oath of Office which calls for his removal. Kamala isn't qualified so McCarthy.
My reasons: as Scotus ruled YOU CANNOT INDICT ON SUSPICION.
