As of August 18, the estimated number of deaths (estimated because neither Ukraine nor Russia reports figures) for Russia is 120,000 dead and 170-180,000 injured. Ukraine has 70,000 dead and 100-120,000 injured. Given the fact that Ukraine is fighting for it's very life as a country and the fact that the Ukranian people have pledged to fight to the very last one, they seem to be doing pretty well. Had the US and NATO allies not all chipped in with billions of dollars and shiploads of supplies and equipment, Putin and his thugs would already be in office in Kiev. As it is, Russian soldiers are running away, surrendering, defecting or leaving Russia before they get conscripted. The mighty Russian army of legend turns out to be a joke.

It would be great if evidence could be found to show that big Pharma has been colluding to fix prices. That would torch the entire industry.

The numbers that I quoted were those most easily found with a simple search. Those posted were the ones most quoted. Associated Press reports that nearly 500,000 Russians were killed but that number did not show up anywhere else. Neither Ukraine nor Russia publish real numbers. Most seriously doubt those posted by Russia for the simple reason that they are not trustworthy. AP may actually be right.
