When I searched for "Trump can be banned from running for office because of the 14th admendment fact check" there were dozens of articles on this, both pro and con. I especially was surprised by the Federalist Society one I read last week, as they are very conservative and writing that Trump had cooked his goose on this. More charges may be pending on this. The charge Trump was given on attempting to commit voter fraud may qualify for 14th amendment exclusion.
