Based on what I reading the transcript, I think President Biden's challenge was to name one thing AMERCICA had failed at doing....not him personally.
So I'm thinking:
ending slavery in the USA early and peacefully
the Civil War
Vietnam
Ethically dealing with the Indian Nations....then and now.
the Trail of Tears
This great land has a long litney of failures and half measures.....but we are TRYING, which most of the world is NOT.
Furthermore, we ARE improving things, and taking much of the world along for the ride.
Now, if we want to talk about the horrible, despicable, and insane things the US GOVERNMENT has done over the past two hundred years, THAT list will be a lot longer.

Biden failed to keep his oath of office. He isn't keeping us safe from enemies with his open border policy. He is not upholding the constitution. He is putting US citizens last while giving large sums of money to foreign countries and foreign interests.

As a figurehead for The United States of America, the public embodiment of ALL we have achieved, stand for, and may yet offer the world, the biden person is a complete and utter failure.
For all of this person's long career in Washington, D.C. , he hasn't learned a thing, NOTHING, about the populace, the PEOPLE, he has been in a position to "serve".
