Please show where Smith or the FBI was investigating racketeering. Or are you admitting that they were just fishing for anything they could find. An investigation looking for a crime.

There's a quote, I cannot tell you who said it; however, "Show me the man, I'll show you the crime."

The saying is commonly attributed to the Stalinist-era Soviet jurist Andrey Vyshinsky or the Soviet secret police chief Lavrentiy Beria.

The statement is used in general and was originally said during the Stalin era. In other words; if you want to eliminate someone, just tell me who and I’ll accuse them and convict them of a crime, real or not, in order to eliminate them.

This is completely above board. Keep in mind the investigation was for among other things racketeering. He has absolutely no reason or obligation to inform Trump of any aspect of the investigation. To do so would give Trump and his lieutenants the opportunity to pay off or threaten witnesses.

Your ignorance is appalling. He is entitled to all information about the charges against him. That is an established fact and has been instituted with prosecutors disbarred for withholding exculpatory evidence. That had been done for decades.

You deserve for it to happen to you.

Does anyone else wonder how Smith is already charging Trump and Robert Hur hasn't even talked to Joe Biden yet.

Something doesn't smell right.

Joe Biden is above the law, Trump isn't.

He is not entitled to any of it until he is charged with a crime. How do you not understand how serious a crime this is? He called the republican Secretary of State and attempted to get him to commit a felony. This is a serious crime if they were simply acquainted. The fact that he was at the time in the most powerful position in the world and has a well documented history of retaliating against any perceived slight raises it to the level of extortion and racketeering the indisputable fact that he colluded with others to do so adds to this.

He was charged.

Because it's not a serious charge, it's a political hit. How can you not see that

They are above the law. Even with all the mounds of evidence he is not being indicted on anything. Their crooked corruption is being ignored because right now they are doing everything they can to try to stop Trump from running because they know he will win, no contest, and they are not sure they can steal the election again like they did the last time.

Again, you're talking about the wrong case for this thread.
