Interestingly...I wrote a Law Review article on whether television cameras should be allowed in juvenile cases. My belief there..after a year of research
...was no. They should not be allowed. That opinion was based on evidence that judges acted much differently with tv involved. One of the cases I used as research was of what was the youngest alleged murderer at that time. Only 12 years old. Tried as an adult. The recent behavior in America has qualified many 8 year olds for that now.

No cameras. Makes judges act different and makes prosecutors play to the cameras. Defence also . Adds a whole nother aspect to the trial. It's not needed and shouldn't be allowed. There is enough drama without the participants acting out for the camera

The main issue, in my opinion is " FREEDOM OF SPEECH". Our 1st amendment right, not privileged granted by our government.

Nope should be on camera so you can see facial expressions a d body language. Camera operator should NOT BE NEWSPERSON. Independent operator like court reporter. No spinning...just the facts maam.
