Trump is now facing a legal lawsuit from the police who received injuries during the insurrection. You can’t deny the video of of these people beating capital police with flag polls while Trump watched it on TV and did nothing for 4 hours.
These are charges by the federal government then add in on the state level the fake elector scam this by far will be the easiest to prove because the state officials are not going to lie to protect Trump.
There are other indictments with the NY State AG and the Manhattan AG on tax fraud.

The Jan 6th committee did not allow for contradicting testimony nor did it allow cross exam of those "witnesses." It called hearsay and opinion evidence.
