You do have a point about useless degrees, but that was/is the fault of the students and their bad choices. Why would anyone choose a career in History, or basketweaving, or physical education, or whatever, and borrow 80 grand to pay for it, then complain that no one will hire them at $120K per year? Universities are constantly building new buildings and providing hot tubs and entertainment centers for the students. Only the Universities are getting rich from those ponzi schemes.
There is not a set amount of wealth in America, nor in the world, that has to be divided up. 'Fairness' doesn't come into it, nor should it. Wealth is CREATED, especially by innovators and investors exactly like Musk. I don't care if he becomes a quintrillionaire. It has no bearing in what I earn at all.
Americans have BY FAR the highest standard of living of the 'poor' in the world. No one starves except by stupid decisions. Every one has access to medical treatment, food, shelter, and most have decent vehicles, TVs, computers, cell phones, etc. People considered wealthy by 1950 standards would be considered trailer park trash today based on their standard of living. All that great standard of living, from air conditioning to cell phones to next day delivery from Amazon is the result of innovation, investment, risk taking, and WEALTH CREATION.
If you personally are not participating in it, and it is not due to low IQ or some other disability, then it is almost certainly due to poor choices on your part.
Quit blaming the rich for your troubles. They did NOT take anything from you.

Where does the report get it's facts......for example, the report claims at the beginning that BILLIONAIRES only pay an average of 3.4% in income tax, and yet the IRS says the top 1% pays an average of 25.4% in income tax, and the top 1% pays over 40% of all paid income tax. Notice that figure is PAID....not owed....and it is after all those mysterious loop holes and high priced lawyers are utilized.

The rich pay an average of 25% AFTER all the smoke and mirrors, accoding to the IRS. Repeating nonsense does not make it less nonsensical.
You should go by the IRS figures, unless you have credible proof that the rich pay less than that. No signs of that so far.
