"She" is required to be natural, us born. Another reason to legislate automatic citizenship out for those that illegally entered the US, by any means.

That was the big issue with Obama.
He finally showed up with a forged birth certificate from Hawaii and a certificate number out of proper sequence but never contested.
Seems no one had " STANDING" that contested it.
The CIA are unique in getting things done.

Nope. But in her parents case they were both students with foreign citizenship. As the law was written she was born a citizen of India . And not qualified to be a U.S. citizen. But that doesn't matter now that she is in the vice presidents seat. The vetting process failed just as it has with Obama

Both current, and law at the time of her birth, grants US Citizenship by virtue of her being born within the USA.

She may or may not be eligible to be a dual citizen of either India or Jamaica.

So,let me get this straight...

If any of these illegal females, as males can't have babies despite what the Democratics think, who are citizens of foreign countries and are in our country and give birth, that child is automatically an American citizen and can be our president when of age.

That is correct. There is some activity in the House to change that. It may pass in the house but obviously would not pass in the senate or the pretender in chiefs veto.

Not the way I read it. Her parents weren't immigrants or refugees. They were here on student visas and subject to laws of their countries. If either one hadn't been a student she would have been an American by birthright,

There is a legal theory based on past precedent that since neither of her parents were US citizens and showed no evidence of becoming citizens (her father returned to Jamaica after school and her mother moved to Canada to teach), she should not be considered a US citizen. I have not seen anything stating if or when Kamala's mother became a US citizen. A case went to the Supreme Court in the late 1800s (I believe it was in the 1890s), Chinese immigrants had a son born in the US (California), he applied to college and was turned down because his parents had not yet passed their citizenship. The Supreme Court ruled that their actions proved their intent, and with his birth on the US, he was indeed a US citizen.

I thought if she was born in the U.S., she's a natural born citizen in spite of parentage. If she was born outside of the U.S., well technically she can't be president as last I heard a candidate needs to be American born.

Neither Congress nor the Supreme Court have established the exact definition of natural born citizen. One case they ruled on that, the Court said intent to be a citizen, establishing a residence, business and taking steps to become a citizen qualified. About 20 or so years ago, it was proposed to set definitive conditions to receive birthright citizenship. Parents must be here legally and must be making progress towards becoming a citizen.
