The news source that Magamoronians will be refusing to pay any attention to is the supposed flooding of the security equipment room...at the time the FBI was getting a subpoena for the security footage of the storage room.
First of all, it flat is not possible in any scenario to flood the security room during a controlled emptying out of a pool, can't possibly put the scenario together where that could even happen, it defies logic...
That said we need to look at the person who was responsible for the flooding of the security equipment, which actually did not happen because you can flood the room but the equipment still isn't damaged.
The valet who made this pool maintenance move the day before FBI were there, was the same person who was seen moving boxes into and out of the storeroom the day before the FBI was there executing a search...you know what they say about coincidences, right? There is no such thing in criminal cases.
This valet and one other were involved with other direct obstructions, and the focus will be on who gave trump's valets that were involved in other suspicious activities the instructions to do them. These valets are lawyered up, and no longer said to be cooperating. If the FBI has them cold of obstructive actions, the question is whether they can be compelled to cooperate and testify as to who gave them the orders and whether the orders involved openly hiding or destroying evidence.
This is where immunity and plea deals come into play to protect them from criminal charges...and the next question would be whether their attorneys have been provided by trump, and then whether they are protecting trump or the people he instructed to obscure evidence, and whether they knew that was what they were doing.
So...I'm sure FOX will be representing the benign defense that this was nothing more than coincidences, but then that gets offset by the facts in terms of timing.
