Some on OPP question why we conservatives care about the transgender movement.

Trump is not now nor has EVER been a hero to me. Just a very fine President with a lot of unsavory personality quirks and a lifetime of doing what he pleases. As long as serving America was/is what pleases him, he will have my support.
And as usual, you resort to a very poor sort of snarkiness when you run out of pertinent things to say.
Good night, Dashy. I hope you sleep well.

I guess it is not yet good night after all. And you are full of it with this post as well. There are occasionally local people breaking the law, but no state wide organizations or efforts to limit the L+ communities. Only efforts to keep the L+ communities from undue influence in our homes, schools, and businesses. Only efforts to keep the legal right to NOT associate or celebrate or contribute to activities that we find abhorrent or against our morals or religious beliefs.
For example, keeping a bio-male who thinks he is a woman from competing with bio-women is NOT an attack against him/her personally or a limitation of his/her rights. It is a DEFENSE for bio-women, and the essence of justice and fairness.
Every person has the right to speak his piece. But that person does NOT have the right to force anyone else to listen to his speech. Unless, of course, you and yours get your way.
I have neither fear nor hatred for gays or trans of any sort. I simply do not want to associate with them. I think I am a pretty typical conservative, and MAGA is simply a slogan expressing a wish for America to be great again. You have no authority or ability or credibility in assigning any further characteristics to MAGA supporters. It is nothing but justification for your OWN rampant hatred and fear.

NOW it is good night. To YOU, Dashy, and everyone else on this thread. May you each greet the morning with a smile on your face and laughter in your heart.

Of course not. I grouped women together. DASHY's attempt to make it look like I'm talking about myself when I voice my opinions is something she does to try to deflect from the issue at hand. Which is that women in general are being disrespected by men who (A) want to win trophy's they can't win otherwise; (b) want to gain entrance to women's locker rooms and bathrooms; and among other things (C) want to put on exaggerated women's clothing, claim they "identify" as women and then prance around like clowns at a circus.
I am curious why someone like DASHY, who claims she is a Christian woman (!?!) is supportive of these men.
And for some reason, she wants to turn this opinion of mine into "EmilyD must have had these experiences" kind of guilt trip or whatever it is that she's trying to prove with that.
You prove that you don’t know anything about God!
Dashy, you must be a black queer!

You have neither fear nor hatred of niggers. You simply do not want to associate with them. You are a typical racist conservative.

Dashy likes to make things up when faced with truth.
A Christian who says we should be tolerant and inclusive of groups like the sisters of perpetual indulgence who perform profane acts on a cross.
Loving them doesn’t mean we accept their sin.

Niggers? What is wrong with you?
This insipid comment of yours illustrates how you are someone who fuels racism. You can’t hide it.

Spokesmen for L+ communities have already influenced the way we treat minority groups in schools, businesses, government positions and the military. Just look around you. Gays are everywhere. I personally have many gay friends. They are people too.

I agree, you are a typical conservative who wants to Make America Great Again. I am a typical liberal, progressive American who knows America is now, and always has been GREAT. Gay and trans people only add to its "all men are created equal" greatness. Attempts to suppress minority voices detracts from the greatness of America.
