And exactly how did they refuse for any evidence to be introduced, isn't that the responsibility of the prosecution, which I take it was the democrats from the house? If the evidence was so overwhelming and the prosecution had two opportunities to present it there either was every little evidence in the first place or the legal team appointed by the house committee to prosecute the case was utterly incompetent.

There was plenty of evidence . The senate majority was republicans.
The Mueller report found ten crimes trump could be charged with.
Barr threw the info into the dryer ,
It shrunk .
The republicans supported their daddy and refused to prosecute him .
There were over 1 million files ready for the senate. They refused to admit any of it .
Let trump go , for lack of evidence !
Talk about a kangaroo court.
He was still impeached twice .
By the House.
But then set free by the Senate .
The impeachments stand as facts .trump was impeached twice.

Good questions! And it seems obvious that the legal team had no meaningful evidence AND they were utterly incompetent...
