I am not thrilled that the IRS budget has been cut. The rich are getting away with murder because their isn't enough accounts to audit them. This is resulting in about a trillion dollars per year in unpaid taxes. These stats are from the IRS. Collection of this would be the end of debt celings.

They avoid them because the rich can afford the attorneys to fight them. Most mega rich use the exact laws passed by congress to avoid taxes. Nothing illegal in that.
