There will be a fight running up to the election about whether he can even run if he is under indictments...we already know the constitution says he can't serve as president if he has any.

Do you doubt he is coming under a storm of legal issues, and what happens when or if he is convicted? He will be looking at doing time, and some of the convictions would mean he failed to uphold the constitution, which clearly spells out never being able to hold elected office ever again

I am wondering if or when the trump campaign will be shut down. Would he just keep the campaign donations he receives ?

“……. whether he can even run if he is under indictments...we already know the constitution says he can't serve as president if he has any.“

You stated this on another thread too. Show us where in the Constitution.

I challenged you about this on the other thread and you didn’t respond.

There’s nothing in the Constitution prohibiting candidates with criminal records from holding office. In fact, an individual only has to be at least 35 years old and be a natural born citizen who has lived in the country for at least 14 years to hold the presidency.

Prove me wrong.

Sorry Buckwheat...no amount of praying will turn a turd into the greatest president...that he will never be except in the feeble minds of some of the stupidest people on the planet.

Prepare yourself to watch him undergo prosecution after prosecution, and if he can't shut up about the trials he is going through he may be picked up and put in jail to shut him up.

I will take your advice and quit praying for you

After he’s elected President, they will shut the donations down!

If that happens, he’ll follow the same procedure regarding donations that all other failed candidates have followed. Isn’t that obvious?

You don't know what you're talking about. Again and again and again and as usual. Read what the U.S. Constitution says about. There's nothing in the Constitution prohibiting candidates with criminal records from holding office. In fact, an individual only has to be at least 35 years old and be a natural born citizen who has lived in the country for at least 14 years to hold the presidency. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment prevents a person from holding office — the presidency along with other government positions — if they've engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the United States, but even that can be overcome with a two-thirds vote from Congress.

Fourteenth Amendment

In a Biden-Trump rematch anyone who cannot see we are being handed a choice between two amoral candidates is just ideologically blind to reality. The only difference is one is erratic, undisciplined and autonomous to a fault with some modest successes in the job; the other is co-opted by special interests and foreign influences, who is influenced beyond measure by a shadow cabal of an entrenched bureaucracy.

As in 2016, when were handed the choice between two despicable people, neither candidate will achieve much beyond partisan executive orders, frequently struck down in the courts and later overturned by the successor.

Another losing proposition for the country.
