Seriously, problem solving is rarely fruitful unless we get past the kindergarten stage of name calling and remember that we must share and respect each other's dignity and worth despite differences of opinion. And that we don't always get to have everything only and always our own way.

The alternative extreme is a fight to the death.

As long as we only see the problem "out there" and because of "them other folks" there is little hope.
