Blame is a funny thing...
It isn't even fault as much as what was done and who did what that caused or led into certain results. Some are really easy to figure out, like this one.
Biden was stuck honoring as stupid an agreement with terrorists as could be imagined, there were no options once the deadlines were in effect.
It's not even fault as much as it is the sheer raw number of really stupid things were done by trump's administration for the years leading up to a withdrawal.

WRONG ! There were options. IF Trumps agreement was faulty based on the info he had at the time Biden had the option to change it based on the circumstance of the day. Numb nuts Biden blew it big time and it cost lives and billions of our tax dollars. The very least we should have done is to poison the poppy fields on the way out.
