Ignorance has been a huge component of potential trump defenses against the whole election fraud issue...it being said that there has to be a component of him knowing what was being done was a crime. It's easy to prove his clown show attorneys knew what aspects of election fraud such as fake electors and voting machine seizures were illegal or unconstitutional, they studied the law in school...but whether trump knew, or what he knew and whether he understood it was illegal is what some of the prosecution has to be able to prove...and heck, trump is such an ignorant idiot about most legal technical things it's an easy defense, right?

So here we are with a report (leak/reporting), whatever, that has insiders who were part of meetings discussing the illegality of strategies, where they were heated because trump did not want to hear anything about why he couldn't do things however he wanted to do them.

This use of the military to seize voting machines was as illegal and unconstitutional as it gets...it easily crosses the line into the treason those on the hard right are so prone to be throwing around about dems they don't like.

I am wondering what we can say when 24 unknown people, literally people like you and I are indicting politicians as criminal actors. It isn’t just Trump, its everywhere. Some of the worst antisocial behavior on earth is up for us to judge. If you pretend it’s ok for anyone to do theses things you give in to the idea that politicians are gods on earth. They think so, and there corporate sponsors think so.
