Thirty-four counts could be for 34 pages or 34 signatures. We don't know until the indictment is unsealed, so don't count your chickens before they're hatched.
Trump's lawyers will probably ask for dismissal of all charges if they are past the expiring statute of limitations clause, or they are not a part of state law that can be tried by the state of NY.

Do you remember that Bragg dropped this case once before? It is ironic because he decided to bring the case up from the dead after Trump decided to announce his run for POTUS for a 3rd time. The Dems are scared shirtless.
