Let me break down your incredibly ignorant and generalized statement:

1) You are ASSUMING that a news station (FOX) was created to program conservative people how to think
2)and that EVERY conservative ONLY ACCEPTS INFORMATION that fits their beliefs.

In regard to "ideological bias" or confirmation bias; people resist factual information that contracts their deeply held values and beliefs. In fact, correcting misinformation can lead people to double-down on their false beliefs. Studies show that liberals are just as prone to confirmation bias as conservatives and centrists, socialists and libertarians.
