Nothing like hate speech to spice up the day, hey billy?
The least you could do is pour a dollop of honey on it so it doesn't taste so bitter.

No hate just fact. DeSantis is too pathetic to hate. I'm not bitter in the least. I'm actually smiling with the satisfaction of knowing that the POS I always knew DeSantis to be has once again been affirmed. The funny thing is that a huge number of the grossly uninformed will not be told the time frame and will conclude that Ronny pulled on his white gogo boots and sauntered up to stand next to Donny with feet pointing in different directions and a hand placed, palm out, firmly on his hip.

No, you're not hateful, you're not bitter, you just get your rocks off when someone you despise is wrongly punished for something he didn't do.

My brother and one of my best friends, an airline captain, are Floridians.
I'll go with their feelings about governor DeSantis, rather than the warped opinions of a fkng hard left hypocrite.

proud, Again Fox News? DeSantis must honor any request from another state to extradite him to the state charging him.

He has to allow. Doesn’t mean he has to help.

DeSantis is just blowing smoke.
He has no authority to agree to disagree with the extradition. The most he can do is refuse to allow a Florida officer of the law to participate in the extradition. This is federal law, his power is strictly state law.

All you leftist legal scholars need to read and thoroughly understand Article III, Section 2, and Article IV, Section 2 of the US Constitution.

In a nutshell, Article IV, Section 2:
A person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime,
who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive
authority of the state from which he fled, shall be delivered up, to be removed to the State
having Jurisdiction of the crime.

IOW, a person convicted must be a fugitive from justice in order to be extradited.

If, God forbid, president Trump is convicted on any of these politically drummed up, $130,000 dollar crimes
in which no blood was shed, he will be released on his own recognizance. He may rest at Mar-a-Lago with his beautiful wife, and need not fear extradition to the lawless Hell Hole once known as New York.

DeSantis is such a POS. The coward waited for about 5 minutes after Fat Donny's attorney announced that Trump would surrender in NY next Tuesday before he stepped forward and made his "bold" announcement knowing that he would never have to deal with his "pledge". It's like hearing the report that your friend's health is back to normal before offering to donate a kidney.

Sounds more like you'd be the kind of friend that waits till you're dead to offer a kidney. Now thats a coward!

Wrong. A person CHARGED with a crime shall be delivered up. Has nothing to do with being convicted.

Also, in section 1: "Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State."

Doesn't say anything about whether that state is considered a hellhole by some people. Since I don't know the evidence on which the grand jury charged Mr. Trump, I'm thinking let the drama play out. The prosecutor may or may not get a conviction. No one is above the law and Mr. Trump has plenty of experience using the judicial system.
