Impeachment or Resignation? What should be Obama's fate?

1. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.You shall have no other gods before me.
I think Obama has not broken this commandment. At least yet. Feel free to comment if he has.....
2. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
I think some of us, including Obama is guilty of this one.
3. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns. 11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
We all know Obama has violated this one, by not allowing service members the right to go to Church during the government shut down.
4. Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.
Not sure if he is guilty of this one. It would be curious to know if he is.
5. You shall not murder.
Obama and his administration are guilty of this one. Big time.
6. You shall not commit adultery.
Guilty by not supporting "Protection of Marriage Act"--Big time. Obama and his administration are guilty of this. Now before you liberals get all crazy like, according to the bible, Adultery is defined as the following:
A. sex between a married person and a person who is not married to the person he/she is doing the act.
B. sex between two unmarried persons.
C. Sodomy which is defined as oral or anal sex
D. Beastiality which is defined as sex between an animal and a human being.
E. Sex with the dead.
By supporting these acts of infidelity, Obama is guilty of Adultery. The view point of ancient Israel is this if you aid and a bet the sin, you commit the sin. If you are in a position of power the responsibility is greater. Wow. Which means if you or I commit the sin, our responsibility to the sin is less then the responsibility of a leader. However it still is a sin.

7. You shall not steal.
Obama is guilty and incidentally so is congress by stealing from the American public to fund Obamacare.
8.You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
By constantly bearing false witness to the Conservatives when they come up with fact is bearing false witness. This Obama has defied. However, in this argument all Americans are also guilty however, when a conservative is proven wrong, he will then ask for forgiveness, but liberals and Obama do not. Nor will they admit to it.
9 and 10. Thou shall not covet anything that belongs to thy neighbor.
Um, Obama has coveted from the prosperous of this country and tried to give it to the poor. The attempt is failing but many of the prosperous were destroyed in the process. Yeah, Guilty.
How about Jesus's rule, "Love thy neighbor as thy self." Obama has a deep hatred of Conservatives, and Christians. This deep hatred has been shown with the failure to support even their endeavors.
Therefore I believe he is guilty of the Moral Law. What do you think? Do you think by being guilty of Moral Law you are also guilty of Constitutional law, if you break both? I don't know, but the road to impeachment and resigning looks like a better punishment then what God would do.
Remember the punishment for Sin is death, unless you are forgiven. Just saying. Wonder what you think? Speak up!

There's a method to this madness that may have escaped you. The house COULD, and probably would charge Obama and instigate impeachment proceedings, but.. to what avail?
Once the House has done their duty, it's then handed on to the Senate for trial. Now, the Senate members happen to be mostly Democrat at this time, and would most likely bench it, or vote against advancing the proceedings...or, delay it.
The only thing that could 'off set' these numbers would be IF 'enuff Democrats would cross the aisle, and join ranks with the Republicans. That would not likely occur unless Obama's transgressions were absolutely proven beforehand, and even his staunchest supporters were convinced. I would think that scenario would only come about through pressure from their constituents who finally chose America, versus their fascination for the Tinman.
The Republican controlled House of Rep's, and their strategists know this, and must have surely considered these obvious facts. This is well considered strategy might logically be a reason for what we might see as 'foot dragging' on their part. Perhaps it's not lethargy, or necessarily.. lack of concern, hmm?
The problem here is that if the impeachment were to fail in passing in Senate, those mentioned Democrats would be later seen as 'turncoats', (not patriots) to be shunned by their own..or worse. Would they risk their careers for Patriotic principles? I'll leave that to you to answer.
Added to this equation, again, IF the motion was to fail, there's little chance that it'd be considered again during Obama's tenureship.
The flip side of the coin is that IF Impeachment WAS approved for Senate trial, it would most likely be stalled by Holder, or another entity, until close to the time when Obama's term expires, anyhow.
I'm sketchy about what part the US Supreme Court plays out in this, but it's my (personal) speculation that if ANY, it could be even more convoluted, since two of the Justices are Obama appointee's, and, as we've seen...one hand scratches the other.
In cap sum: A successful Impeachment would be nearly dependant on Republicans gaining control of the Senate, AND continue maintaining the House of Rep's..
I believe we only need six Senate seats more to accomplish that, and this may be the most urgent call for voter turn out in our lifetime, and perhaps the last hope for our country as we once knew it..
