Stipend of $100? Meh…gangsters would pay way more to shoot another gangster!

Might see if ya’ could get ‘em out to the range so they don’t miss other gangsters. Maybe the problem would take care of itself(?) Better accuracy and more ammo!

If they gave them bullets and then spread rumors about them planning to kill the others instead they could end the gang problem.
