That is not needed, I accept your word on that.. as to the last post , I would agree with you if it was a case of giving the people you speck of "extra rights" . I am not at all for that and do not thing many people are. but they , no matter the life style should have a same right as you and I, simply because the intent of the founders was that all Americans should have these rights..
If you contend that the founders did not want the rights for any others then land owning white men.. then the country is in a mess..

Until I checked today I was also unaware that the death penalty was the punishment for homosexuality. Aren't you a bit pixilated here? First you agree that "some people" don't deserve special rights, then you say they should, and then you sneak in a distraction of white land owners. Where to start.... "Some people" I should have said "any People" we all should have the same rights...Did I somehow say that , when what I tried to be clear about was that all should have the same rights, no one should lose rights because of anything.. Or at least not short of the prison sentence.. the white land owners tidbit is a thing that was mentioned a few days/weeks ago, so I thought to toss it in at the last second.. I think the original was serious that he wanted only landed white men to have the rights we take for granted. but who knows.. hard to make a joke by writing..

POT... we did have a bill going into the debate.. it was for recreational use, we do allow medical use..

for me pot is hard to decide on. I have changed my mind and do feel it is no worse then allowing beer.. in that if pot is a gateway drug, then beer is gateway booze.. and in most cases, pot is the same as beer/booze on people, some are victimized by both. A bit of my change was caused by having 3 uncles who had booze problems like a true demon position.. tragic..

To date I have not followed the outcome of this bill , but now that you have prodded my interest I shall look it up..
