Two legitimate views:
For conservatives, it is an immigration crisis, demonstrating the failures of the U.S. immigration policy and the need for militarized borders.
For liberals, it is a humanitarian crisis, demonstrating the failures of U.S. economic policy, the immediate need for aid, and the necessity of immigration reform.
I agree with the second point. But I do not disagree with the first: where am I?

Can you effectively explain BACA?
What are the reasons for this executive order?
Does it help the United States in ANY way?

A little more clear headed, I would say. How can a change in immigration policy seal a border? We estimate that there are 11 million illegal aliens in this country and that's a problem. Giving amnesty to them makes the problem go away, right? Arguing about semantics is silly.

No giving amnesty makes the problem much worse. Again you liberals lack any knowledge of history. You have none at all. This was done before. The problem is never the illegals who are here now.
Go ahead and give amnesty to the 30 million, not the 11 million, but that's immaterial. Give amnesty to the 11 or 30 million. Problem solved, right? NO!!!!! Now you have just announced that Amnesty will be given in the future. You have just turned on a great magnet. You will then have another 50 million show up tomorrow.
Why are all these kids showing up now. Cause Obama put the word out that we will not enforce our laws. You Progressives never think these things through, or maybe you do. This mess is just what you guys love.

Rumi, bear with me for just a second. Your views are conflicted because your belief system is flawed, and you apparently take everything at face value without discerning truth from fiction.
1. We do not have a immigration crisis. We have a crisis in management that will not allow the Border Patrol to do its job. And Obama did NOT start that. That started some while back, and I know that because my husband was a Border Patrolman. America has NEVER paid enough attention to its borders.
2. All of us have some humanitarian blood flowing through our veins and feel for the refugees. But what we see in this mass invasion is a coldly calculated private decision on the part of a man who swore to uphold the US Constitution which provides for a division of authority to bring these aliens in secretly and without proper attention in any respect. That is NOT within his purview - it is called creating a crisis that ONLY the federal government can solve. Alinsky's followers are expert at creating necessary crises, and Obama is obviously a staunch student of Rules for Radicals. Obama created this crisis, he did it outside the law, and there is not a smidgeon of interest in the welfare of the kids. I see nothing whatsoever about this debacle that smells like humanitarianism. How can you not see this?

You're a moderate...a fence straddler with no core values or principles. You just stick your finger in the air and go with the wind. You stand for nothing.

Best explanation yet.
You don't state the conservative position. At least as I see it. As I see it, the conservative position isn't as much as demonstrating failure as recognizing it an correcting it. Militarizing is the means to an end, the end being a secure border. If it can be done otherwise, fine.
"Immigration Reform" is meaningless because it's not specific (as are many liberal talking points). It could mean opening the borders, or closing them. It could mean amnesty, or it could mean deportation.
Most conservatives would happily increase legal immigration. But not while also increasing illegal immigration.

I believe severe lack of information is Obama's best friend and our worst enemy. Most Obama supporters only get their news from a media totally in the tank for the President.
Here is a little lesson of how we got here. Obama ordered the non enforcement of immigration law in the interior of the country. You had to be either a drug dealer or a murderer to be deported. No one else is deported. Then you had amnesty for illegals who could say they were here before they were 16 years old. And then Holder & Co started giving jobs to lawyers to fight for these kids to stay.
Information about all of this went to Central America and the faucet of illegal children was cranked wide open.
No,,
For conservatives:
1.We already were taxed and paid for a border fence, the money is gone and the fence doesnt exist
2. The govt wants more money to fix another problem that is a direct result of their wanton failure and corruption
3. It doesnt make any sense to give thieves and liars more money to steal, especially when they have already told you they dont give a crap about the law, the corrupt money trails, or the fact that they are delivering diseases and sick people to YOUR town
For Liberals:
1. (TEEHEEE HEE HEE) Give us som mo money, and dis time we builds da fenss fo you,,, don wory
but firss we need to put dees peeples somewhere, preferably where they can swing the balance of conservative voting blocks....

You left out the 3rd
You secretly welcome this invasion of illegals because it will accelerate the demographic change in America and give Democrats more power.

If Republicans get both Houses of Congress this November they should defund everything Obama wants. Let the IRS sit on milk crates in their offices. Disconnect the air conditioning at the EPA to combat Global Warming. Let Eric Holder ride around in a smart car.
