"Attorney, John Thaler joins Brannon Howse for a riveting interview about his findings that many Arizona politicians have been corrupted by Sinaloa drug cartel money and that their money laundering activities now affect 20 states, while their bankruptcy fraud affects 11 states.

The preliminary findings of his years-long investigation were entered into the public record on February 23rd during a jaw-dropping presentation on February 23, 2022 by Jaqueline Breger at an Arizona State Senate and House Joint Committee on Election Oversight, entitled “Preliminary Findings of Activities Impacting Arizona’s Election Integrity with Specific Focus on the 2020 and 2022 General Elections”. ...

His investigation has obtained financial documents showing that Governor Katie Hobbs and her husband have been laundering Sinaloa Cartel money through fake deeds and mortgages since 1997 and as recently as September 2022.

Other names on the list include Senator Kirsten Sinema, Arizona’s current Secretary of State, Adrian Fontes, everyone in Mesa, Arizona (Mayor, City Attorney, cops, etc) 3 of 5 Maricopa County Board of Supervisors members, assorted judges, plus two of the principals at Runbeck Election Services.

Thaler and Breger describe the City of Mesa is a “racketeering organization” as that term is defined in 18 USC §1961.

The summary of their findings are reproduced below. Read the full text of her presentation, with exhibits, including the deeds to eleven single-family homes signed by Katie Hobbs and her husband between September 24, 1997 and September 16, 2022, HERE. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/review?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:a1d7f701-299a-37b6-9417-ff63f3f86893

MY COMMENT: You don't go accusing public officials in public of money laundering unless you 1) have proof, and or 2) a death wish. Is this the story of the year that will begin to unfold? Is this why Kari Lake is so persistent in her claims regarding election fraud?

In perhaps the most bizarre presentation given to the committee so far this year, Gilbert insurance agent Jacqueline Breger accused Gov. Katie Hobbs, several of the Maricopa County Supervisors, 12 Maricopa County Superior Court judges and the mayor of Mesa of taking bribes from the Sinaloa drug cartel in the form of money laundered through a housing deed scam. She also accused the legislators themselves of being on the take.

She said in her Feb. 23 presentation to a joint meeting of the House and Senate elections committees that the bribery scheme also included election fraud in Maricopa County.

Breger did not provide any evidence to back up her claims, except to point to a book soon to be released by John Thaler, a Valley attorney and her boyfriend. During the committee meeting, Breger repeatedly mentioned a woman who had tipped Thaler off to the supposed racketeering scheme, but she failed to mention that woman was Thaler’s ex-wife, who he claims kidnapped their son.

At one point during Breger’s presentation, Republican Sen. Ken Bennett of Prescott told her that she had gone too far, and Rogers added that Breger needed to stay on the topic of the election.

Breger also failed to mention that Thaler had filed multiple suits against his ex, as well as multiple city of Mesa officials and that in those suits he accused the city officials of being involved in racketeering, taking bribes and election fraud.

A judge dismissed all the claims that Thaler made in the suits in the U.S. District Court of Arizona, according to court documents.

“Mr. Thaler’s complaint weaves a delusional and fantastical narrative that does not comport with federal pleading standards,” the court said in one of its rulings. Lawsuits he’s filed in state courts have also been rejected for similar reasons.

Breger was invited to speak before the committee by Chandler Republican Rep. Liz Harris, a QAnon promoter who runs a website devoted to baseless 2020 election fraud conspiracies. Breger’s presentation came just a day after Democratic Attorney General Kris Mayes released documents showing that her Republican predecessor had devoted 60 staffers and 10,000 hours to investigating the 2020 election, but had found no evidence of fraud.

Out of 638 complaints, which generated 430 investigations, just 22 cases were submitted to be reviewed by prosecutors, and only two so far have resulted in convictions. Both of those were men who failed to list their felon status on their voter registration and voted in the 2020 election while they were inmates in the Pima County jail.

What is the source of the information you provided? I notice that no links were provided!

Did you read the attached pdf that I linked to the article? I think not.
You say that they produced no evidence. That is not how I read the summary of the attached pdf.
Do you find the information on the people bringing these charges credible?
If the accusations laid out by Jacqueline Breger and attorney John Thaler are false, they could and should be sued for liable, slander, and in Thaler's case, disbarment. Has that happened?
Here is their background.

What is it with you guys and basements? I don't have a basement in my house as if that matters.

Unless you are generalizing about liberals living in their parent's basement because they are losers and do not work.

I could generalize about the people on this site. I am guessing most are over 70, retired, getting Social Security and Medicare. Sounds like socialism.

Well it’s because your idol spent the entire campaign trail in his!
And yes I’m now on Medicare since December. And I’ve paid my dues. I was paying $2300/month for insurance thanks to the previous lying democrat in office, up from $400 in 2007. I’ve paid more in taxes than any single person should have due to the tax raising democrats that have been in power since 1990!
And I’m not on social security.
Here’s the newest democrat!

Sounds like you do not know the definition of ‘socialism’.

Sounds like another left leaning organization, thanks for the information. I used to love the new times. The cartoons were edgy and funny back in the 80s
