Too many times, the venues were packed to the gills and those who couldn't get in watched on plasma screens outside. People camped overnight, at times in really crappy weather, to guarantee getting in the next morning.

But those were Trump's scheduled campaign stops.

There were rallies for Trump all over this country, impromptu, spontaneous, or well organized rallies
that were not on Trump's itinerary. Boat flotillas in Florida and Michigan, Truck convoys, parades, rallies in parks,
even some skywriting pilots got in to the act.

Couple of guys out in California put out some tweets and launched a facebook page announcing a "Drive for Trump".
They were gonna drive to DC, they published their route and where they would stop for food, rest, and fuel, and they invited anyone with the means to join them along the way. By the time they reached Texas, state troopers were having some difficulty keeping the interstates rolling because of all the pickups, buses, trucks, vans and cars heading for DC flying Old Glory and "Trump2020" flags.

I'd draw a comparison of Trump's rallies with those of Joker Joe, but it's infuriating to think that a fully masked, social distanced, selected audience in a gym or a 100 car drive by rally or a virtual rally on the internet won that sorry SOB the White House.
