For the last four months, I have been plagued with " restless leg syndrome". For those of you that don't know what it is, it is a nervous twitching of the nerves in the legs that can keep you up all night. While on a cruise, my wife suggested I try the acupuncture aboard ship. I did. It is now completely gone , but should have a tune up session once a month. I heartily recommend acupuncture for treatment of any kind of ongoing pain, or discomfort.

It probably is a natural affect of getting old. I am now seventy eight years old. Since I have intense leg cramps when I stand for long periods in hot weather, the two may be connected.
