Reporting Trump's claims whether or not they themselves believe it doesn't make them liable for anything. Also, it isn't that they don't believe there was election fraud, they simply don't believe the claim of Dominion fraud which they reported Trump to claim. It isn't like they have fake papers which they claim documents the desertion by Bush while he was in the military.

Fair would include laws not being changed illegally, localities not accepting $100s of millions to only to give up their oversize responsibilities, or the FBI not covering up the validity of the Hunter laptop and burying the truth.
