Politfact reviews the Washington Examiner as every article they reviewed s half true. Personally I like the idea fo term limits for represenatives. However I would like to see them relativity long. Term limits would get rid of Dianne Feinstine, who is obvisusly falling, along with Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi and others who have served very long.

Don’t you feel that voters should have the right to decide if they want to re elect people they are happy with? I see the problem in politics as money.

I disagree, there should be term limits and here's my proposal. For the House a maximum of 3 two year terms at which point the person may choose to run for the Senate. For the Senate a maximum of 1 six year term at the end of which the person could choose to run for the House. After serving a possible maximum of 12 years the person must sit out one election cycle prior to running again if inclined which would give voters a chance to evaluate the new House or Senate member. A starting salary for newly elected House or Senate members of 75% of the current salary for the first year while 'learning the ropes'. Pension, no more full salary for life. Retirees would receive 1 year of full salary for each complete term served. NO voting themselves pay raises. Pay increase will be awarded upon re-election and equal to the COLA awarded to SS recipients. Also, House & Senate must contribute to SS, SSI & Medicare.

Again Not Every Democrat is Against term limits. Regardless of your opinion. You might be surprised how many Democrats would disagree with you. My guess is around 40% (and it is only my opinion). We have term limits. They are called elections. Term limits would get rid of McConnell, Pelosi, et, al. Morons not re-electing them repeatedly would achieve the same result.
