Besides the point that trump had some of the very highest levels of national security sensitive documents...that said, ...he knowingly took them
...he repeatedly said as far as he was concerned he could declassify documents at will (he couldn't)
...he repeatedly said they were his when they were and are not

and most importantly he had multiple opportunities to turn documents back which he refused to do, and in fact tried to represent that he had...those are the crimes

Had he turned the documents back he'd have never been charged for them...period

Had he been required to do so he would have been convicted. As it is, another nothing burger. I hope that Liberal Leg Humpers don't depend on these repetitive nothing burgers for sustenance and nutrition.

You're right about one part, you can't equate Trump's and bidens withheld documents. Presidents can do that but vice president's can't. But we'll see how it goes. Personally I think it just gave Trump a get out of jail free card. . Being equal justice for all ,right? You know they won't go after the cadaver in chief so the Dems burn another nothing burger.

You hit the nail on the head. Presidents can "declassify' secret documents. Vice Presidents cannot.

Woody appears to be a leg humper, arm humper and sheep humper. I would keep my distance from this person.

While most of the media (including you) are focusing on the issue of the mishandling of "classified information" (i.e. several classified documents being discovered at Joe Biden's former office at his Washington think tank (???), the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement), you miss or ignore the more important piece of this story!

The Post reported that CCP- (Chinese Communist Party) linked individuals or entities donated more than $54 million to the group between 2014 and 2019. The Post reported that among the donors was real estate developer Xu Xeuqing who generously donated $3 million to Biden’s ‘think tank.'

The American Thinker article below, ties in various connections between the Biden's and various Chinese entities including CEFC China Energy, in which Hunter shared an office with a CEFC "emissary" in Washington, D.C. It should be noted that email records show that Hunter requested keys for Joe, Jill and his uncle Jim Biden as well. Simultaneously, Hunter attempted to strike a deal with the CEFC in which Joe would receive a ten percent equity stake in a joint venture company with the Chinese energy giant.

The Penn Biden Center’s source of funding is relevant because CNN reported on Tuesday that Biden’s stashed classified documents at Penn Biden Center pertain to Ukraine, Iran, and the United Kingdom, all nations followed closely by the Chinese.

"Gone are the day when corrupt politicians were bribed with suitcases full of cash in shady hotels or when funds were directly transferred into the accounts of politicians in exchange for special favors.

Now they set up foundations or think tanks, or else they rely on their campaigns, all of which are multimillion-dollar organizations that rely on donors. These organizations receive generous donations when the founder passes laws that is beneficial to the donor.

These organizations hire their family members, relatives, and cronies and give them important-sounding designations to justify their handsome salaries and fees. Contracts related to the organization are awarded to firms run by cronies or family members. Personal expenses are also billed to these organizations.

All of this is legal. "

There are other methods of receiving kickbacks.
