The minorities they did not rent to mostly could not afford the rent. I don't recall any mention of any of these applications being introduced as evidence; it was the word of mostly one supervisor. The Trumps paid a settlement which specified was not an admission of any guilt, but was cheaper than interminable court cases.
Biden opposed busing, especially in Delaware. He blocked the nomination of Janice Brown, a black conservative, (George Bush nominee) to the SCOTUS. He tried and nearly succeeded in blocking Clarence Thomas. Trump wouldn't rent to blacks who couldn't pay the rent. Biden opposed any black who wasn't black enough to suit him. He has opposed the nomination of any Conservative blacks to high judicial positions.
