Brunson v. Adams et al is on my watchlist, but it is only a high hope that this case will be heard. The SCOTUS in the past proved to be cowards when confronted by Republican states' AGs for the 2020 election laws that were changed unconstitutionally by several states, and their cases were rejected due to a "lack of standing". It harms the people in the whole country when a few states are allowed to cheat-unqualified electors and the selected Idiot-in-Chief Biden.

I wish there was a better of describing it but "it's a real stain on democracy and everything this great country stands for. Better to have archaic third world country type set of rules. Same day, stick your pinky in a bottle of ink standards, better than what we have now.

I'll not be holding my breath on any of this being heard in court. Here we sit, with an election system less believable or reliable than countries like Russia or Ukraine.

Exactly. Wherever that is that they stick their finger in some ink? they are way ahead of us. So archaic and simple, and yet so forthcoming or scrupulous. We need to "go back to basics", period. No mail-in ballots, no neighbor collecting for the non-existent neighborhood, no ballots from people who have not been breathing for ages, no votes for those from Honduras, or the like. No voting between 2 and 6 in the morning. If you give them the opportunity to cheat, they will do it...because they HAVE NO INTEGRITY, period.

Digital ID systems such as fingerprints and scanners. Where I was previously employed, before retiring, they used biometric eye and fingerprint scanners because we had contracts with the Government. Eye scanners to enter the buildings and fingerprint scanners for breaks and lunch.

It too late for this now. President Trump should challenge the illegal election law changes in AZ, GA, MI, NV,PA,and WI before the election not after. If he challenge them in the federal courts and won we have President Trump in office and we wouldn't be the mess we are now.

President Trump wasn't harmed until AFTER the presidential election. Therefore, he had no standing to challenge the illegal election law changes Before the election. Apparently, the courts that refused to hear witness testimony or cases based on their merits and used "lack of standing" as a verdict, were the same courts that illegally allowed the rule changes to go through.

Let's all spit on the US Constitution because of a pandemic?

It doesn't matter whether he was harm before or after the election ,the facts are that theses states had violated the US Constitution by have their governor, secretary of state or their state courts change their law without approval of their state legislations
